A Big Island Wedding at Puako Beach was the perfect next chapter for Remington and Aaron, whose love story began with board games, excellent timing, and one very helpful cousin. They first met in Fresno in 2011, but life eventually pulled them in different directions. Fortunately, their story was not finished. They reconnected when Aaron returned to Fresno in 2022, started dating that June, and never looked back. Then, on New Year’s Day 2026, Aaron proposed during a trip to Joshua Tree National Park.
Against the bright blue ocean, Remington looked absolutely radiant in her classic white wedding gown and colorful tropical bouquet. Meanwhile, Aaron’s ocean-blue suit felt made for the shoreline. Their ceremony was heartfelt, beautiful, and wonderfully personal. However, the rock-paper-scissors moment may have stolen the show. It filled the couple and their loved ones with laughter, proving that romance can be deeply meaningful while still being delightfully unserious.
Afterward, Remington and Aaron celebrated with joyful family and couple portraits, quiet newlywed moments, and a walk along the beach as the light softened around them. From their playful laughter to the sweet way they looked at one another, every image reflected a love that found its way back at exactly the right time.
Congratulations, Remington and Aaron, on a beautiful beginning and an unforgettable Big Island Wedding!
