Typically featuring around 20 photos in a timeline-style presentation, this preview offers a delightful glimpse into your special day before the full editing process, which typically takes about a month, is completed.

Day of Wedding Coordinator – How It Works

With each of our wedding packages (excluding the Just the Two of Us Package), we provide an on-site coordinator to ensure your ceremony runs smoothly. Having an on-site coordinator is paramount to managing the flow of guests and vendors and ensuring the wedding couple knows where and when to go, stand, and make your ceremony smooth with zero stress to you!

The wedding coordinator arrives at the location before our couples and their guests to ensure everything is as it should be and can promptly address any issues or changes, such as ceremony setup, beach conditions, or weather. Additionally, they manage the flow of people, including vendors such as photographers, musicians, and florists, directing them to their designated areas.

The day-of wedding coordinator also serves as the project manager for the day. If unforeseen circumstances, such as road closures, could hinder vendors or supplies from reaching your wedding, they can swiftly communicate with vendors and our office-based team to adjust plans and ensure the wedding proceeds smoothly.

Onsite coordinators also provide extra eyes to ensure everything looks perfect.
